This is an outstanding value! If I hadn’t hunted in Namibia in April I’d be seriously interested. I’ve seen a number of first timers recently post looking for safari recommendations. Well, here’s the answer.

I really like how you have taken the time to list and price the possible additional activities. Many of us travel with our spouses who, together, would like to experience more of Africa than the airport and hunting camp. I hope to return to Africa in 26 and this is now on my radar.

Excellent offer! :D Beers:

Thanks for the kind words, I appreciate it.

You’re exactly right, a lot of guest hunters travel with their spouses, and we’ve found the trip is simply better when everyone has something exciting to do.

When you’re looking at 2026, just send me your rough dates and what you’d like to include (Etosha / Swakop / dunes / shark fishing / Sossusvlei etc.) and I’ll line it up so it fits around the hunting days without rushing anything.

What a great offer

Philip, I can’t wait to come back with my lady one day. Little hunting and then a trip to the desert sounds amazing.

Yall, the hunting on Philip’s low fence cattle ranch and the low fence land he has sole access too is just amazing stuff.

Everyone should go shoot a Hartmanns zebra with Philip’s trackers. Simply an amazing hunt in the mountains.

Gonna have Juan bring us to Swakopmund too!

I did this hunt in May and was by far one of best times of my life. Highly recommend!

I strongly recommend Philip's, Khomas Highland Hunting Safaris... they offer a top notch free-range hunting experience, with excellent trophies in their vast range. Quality people, quality hunting, quality operation. I am returning.

You had a heck of a hunt. That gemsbok is so old and big bodied. What a Bruiser!!

And folks, Philip can arrange a Damara Dik Dik hunt for you as well. After you get your Hartmans zebra and Oryx - go take a road trip and head north. I was able to take mine during a day trip. The property Philip gets his Dik Dik permits on is a beautiful and a seldom hunted 30k acres + or - area. Not far from Mount Erongo.

One hell of a day trip! Great way to knock it out for the Tiny Ten chasers. It was a blast

David, thank you, I really appreciate you taking the time to write this.

And you’re spot on, the Hartmann’s zebra in our Khomas mountains with the trackers is as real as it gets. Tough country, proper stalking, and when it comes together it’s an earned trophy.

@hoytcanon That gemsbok was an old bull, heavy body, hard lived, exactly what we like to see. All your trophies truly represent Namibia.

@dchum glad you mentioned the Damara Dik Dik option. If someone is chasing the Tiny Ten, that day trip north is a smart move and the permit areas up around the Erongo side are special country, big landscapes and very lightly hunted compared to most places.

Next time you and your lady come back, we’ll do it the right way: a few good hunts, then a proper desert run.

Yes, sir... Khomas Highlands has access to great Tiny Ten hunting... in addition to the Damara Dik Dik, I saw several huge bull Klipspringer, very nice Duiker and gorgeous Steenbok... it is dangerous starting down the tiny ten hole! Lol.

@hoytcanon when January begins we will be sharpening our knives, getting the Cruisers ready putting out salt, all in preparations to your return, which all of us are looking forward to!

My wife and I spent 7 days with Philip and crew in May of last year. The days that my wife did not accompany me hunting, she was busy shopping for the local school,or enjoying her time in camp with the local ladies. After the hunting, Philip had helped us arrange some wonderful time enjoying the rest of Namibia through a local travel agent. Our time in Namibia was incredible, and much enjoy by both of us. Guys, I would strongly encourage you to take your wife with you when you hunt with Philip. They will enjoy the trip of a lifetime and enjoy it just as much as you! Philip will treat you right, and make sure you are having a great time! Philip, this is a great deal! You are seriously tempting us to come visit again!

The Harkilia stuff works well in Africa - I have a bit for use here in UK.
I am again looking for 600 Nitro dies preferably RCBS 1 inch. The set I purchased previously are 1 1/2 inch and do not fit my die. Another member has graciously taken them off my hands. If anyone happens to have a set of 600 Nitro Dies that will fit my Rockchucker Supreme RCBS press, please shoot me a message and thanks in advance for any assistance you may have to offer!
I have not posted any items for sale on this forum and will not every put anything for sale. My account was hacked and I've worked with the admin to get things shut down.
