Hey guys, just thought I would let you all know that Leupold has discontinued this scope. One of the best I have found for big bore with non CDS dial, It has held up for 5 safaris on my 458 Lott and still holding true.
Euro Optic has them on close out at 50% off MAP! That is only $699 for one great scope. I ordered 2 this morning, get it while you can.

I have one already and ordered two more on this deal!
 
These are solid. I have one and note the throw lever interferes with the bolt at certain magnification, but it is easily removed, and the scope remains fully functional obviously.
 
Bought one back in June when they dropped to $899. Guess I should have waited a bit longer.
 
Appears they sold out- Checked Euro Optics and Optics Planet: No Vx6 Patrol 1-6 Fire Dot listed at any price. :<(

NOT sold out. I was searching for Vx6 Patrol and it's listed as Leupold Patrol 6HD. - I put in the correct info, got through and now have ordered one. Thanks to all for the help.
 
Mine arrived today and it is great. Interesting, the full price with tax & shipping was $770 and I see a used on sold on here for $800. So I'd say we got a great deal. I'm thinking of contacting Leupold and asking why such a great scope was discontinued.
 
This site is full of enablers and people with bad habits.
They throw a great deal at you and what is a person to do?

I ordered two. They arrived 3 days after I placed the order. They are quick and easy to work with. One will be headed to Zim with me next month on my Mod 70 375 H&H
