These are solid. I have one and note the throw lever interferes with the bolt at certain magnification, but it is easily removed, and the scope remains fully functional obviously.

Mine arrived today and it is great. Interesting, the full price with tax & shipping was $770 and I see a used on sold on here for $800. So I'd say we got a great deal. I'm thinking of contacting Leupold and asking why such a great scope was discontinued.
