I grew up quail hunting because my grandpa and uncle started WW Game Birds and grow several hundred thousand birds for preserves across the southeast and Texas. I’ll be honest, it’s been 10 years since Ive hunted quail consistently so yesterday I went and found some incentive to start. Here’s my new shotgun, it’s a Caesar Guerini Magnus Limited 20

Pretty fancy for a "field gun!!" But if it gets you back into hunting, I'm all for whatever floats your boat.
I agree! When my dealer pulled this one out of the vault, the wood was much better than all the rest. Yeah I spent way more than I budgeted but you live once.

But those are pheasants! ;)

Lovely gun. You need to baptize it soonest.

Pictures of your lovely shotgun with some birds in the background. :)

Quite the handsome piece and perfect for quail!

Beautiful shotgun! and the engraving is perfect for a gentleman's game gun!
Enjoy it. It's perfect for quail hunting.

Awesome Andrew, we’ll have to get together for a shoot!

I had a great time getting back into it today. Anytime you want to plan a hunt, I’m down!!!

By the looks of that wood grain that stock will crack after only a few shots. I will save you the headache and take it off your hands for a hundred bucks...

Had an excellent classifieds transaction with JoninCO. A truly honest and standup member. I wouldn't hesitate at all to deal with him again. Thanks, J!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
