Does anyone know of a Heym 88b for sale ?
Presently none available in calibers larger than 375HH on GB and GI. Caveat emptor, a few of the recently sold ones were problematic/restored rifles covered in posts on this forum.Does anyone know of a Heym 88b for sale ?

For sale by Champlin, very reputable dealer
Ugh ok.That one sold within the first hour of its listing which makes sense considering it was underpriced. I don't know why Champlin leaves their ads up for months or years after a sale, but it is his MO. Very little of his listed items remain unsold.
Not an 88b, and not used, but I will have a new 89b 470 for sale here very shortly. I am importing a pair of new rifles from Germany. The retailer had a case colored 500 that I wanted, and also a border scroll 470 that had exactly my taste in upgraded wood. Lots of flowing mineral lines.Does anyone know of a Heym 88b for sale ?

I really wish they would update their listings. I know they want to generate phone calls but frankly it makes me not even look at their website anymore. That one sold within the first hour of its listing which makes sense considering it was underpriced. Interested in your rifle if you are still selling it. Contact me if you would like to sell it.Not an 88b, and not used, but I will have a new 89b 470 for sale here very shortly. I just received word from the exporter that my application is approved, and rifles should catch a flight to the US sometime later this week. Griffin & Howe is handling the import and their agent said they think I may have them in hand before I depart for Zimbabwe on the 16th. We'll see, as I think that might prove a bit ambitious since G&H still has to do their import markings and ship to me in Alaska.
Not planning on listing the 470 until I have it in hand just to make sure it arrived safely and have all the taxes and tariffs nailed down. Was not planning to price with a big premium as we sometimes see for saving the wait/build time, plan to price it as it would cost taking delivery of a new gun this year, and just save someone the wait as a bonus. Originally thought I would hold onto it for a year or three and play with it some, but just not sure I need a 470 again and have other wants and needs. Seems like a better rifle to pass along to someone who will try to hunt the rifling out of it.
