Only to have the Canadian Womens team caught doing the exact same thing and being penalized.

Sounds like a coaching issue with lack of understanding the international Olympic committees rules. Not like Canadians are known to cheat like the Russians.

BS! Load of fresh duty! Handle or granite part of stone? They know full well the rule. Then explaining with something like…. “We’re Canadian victims, it’s such a small cheating violation”. Clear videos showing both men’s and women’s team doing same thing. It has that unmistakeable stench. Surprised they haven’t blamed Trump… yet.

Supports why I refuse to watch pro team sports including Olympics.

My, my. And to think that I thought Canadians were such ladies and gentlemen. At least the men could have accepted it graciously instead of the badmouthing. Pretty poor sportsmanship.

Well, they probably figured folks were so bored watching curling that they wouldn't notice. But then, it seemed to take up half the TV coverage, which boded against it.
