Standing and latches. I think you get denied on Latches because no harm has yet occurred (no election), and afterwards, you are denied on standing because it's over.(1) That's because all court cases are dismissed for "standing." None of the case ever reached the merits.
(2) You have not responded to what due process that the "Maryland Man" did not receive.
The other deal is that if the state certifies the election then there is nothing a federal court can do about it. I think the deal in Penn, was that the executive changed the election laws letting stuff like Zuck interference (since admitted) in. This is fine but they never went to the legislature to have the changes approved as required under the constitution. Then when the irregularities were pointed out. The republican governor certified the election, and once that process has happened there is nothing that can be done about it. In essence in states that are republican strongholds but not Trump supporting, it was easy to mess with the outcomes.
Wiki which tends to be heavily curated by the left still has a page on stolen presidential elections. The preamble lists 1960, but that text has been removed. You can find it in the Wayback machine. But the point is that even Wiki knows the dems (and Reps) have stolen elections in the past, and states are free to do what they want. I just voted in the Canadian election, paper ballots, and so far we have never had a contested election, though I can imagine we some day might.

The Issue on Jan 6 isn't that it is right for a mob to overthrow the US through an insurrection, as if that is a real thing. It is other stuff:
- Sending elections back to the states is constitutional, Pence could have done it, an he could have declined it. Freedom of speech applies to legally influencing his decision;
-violence of protestors has been vastly exaggerated by media that will still claim law enforcement was killed
-Requested Capital Police presence denied
-Fed agitators all over the place
-It is the people's house and they were let in by security.
-Arrest were spread all over the country to people who weren't even there
-Prior recent history records you can bomb the place. If you are on the left, kinda OK.

1983 United States Senate bombing - Wikipedia
-DC judges imposed sentences way out of proportion to normal guidelines
-Trump political opponents used all of the above to create a false narrative they are still running today, and therefore that does make on wonder how invested they were in creating the whole thing
-Jan 6 committee was a fraud.
It's the US, I don't care. Just history to me, though it does affect the desire of people to support the US defense if the government is a beep show.
