It was called the GNR

Great North Road

For those of us borne in N Rhodesia

I lived 200 meters from the GNR in my youth. A couple hundred km NE of Nakonde/Tunduma.

Just giving Mike grief over some of his WhatsApp posts, now that the government may be spying on him.;)

I believe in the constitution and the law ( our judicial system ).
Jruby, this Maryland family man. Was working his way up the chain of command of MS 13 he was still not a “made man”. But working through his merit badges.

besides the pile of circumstantial evidence. He, himself stated in his deportation hearing that he wanted asylum. Because he feared for his life from (RIVAL GANGS) How would you describe a rival gang to someone.

I define it as one gang having a separate gang as an enemy. So if someone says they are afraid of a rival gang. You first have to be in a gang to have a rival gang.

MS 13 members are only allowed to hang out with other members. Not the public. He was arrested at a Home Depot standing with known members.

Let’s hope the leftists keep this nonsense up. It puts them outside of 90% of the US population.

The media and extreme leftist support men in girls sports, cutting genitalia from children, and extremely violent gang members killing and raping women.

First of all, this comment above has absolutely NOTHING to do with the fact that they were ALL denied due process in one form or another throughout the ordeal... Your original post addressed your apparent outrage over due process being denied to illegal aliens and terrorists, and you justified that argument by waving your uncodified interpretation of the Constitution in my face... Yet, when I challenged you on the same due process violations in regard to American citizens your answer to me is that they were insurrectionists... That sort of blatant hypocrisy is actually no surprise from anyone who seriously uses the word insurrection in regard to J-6... LOL...!

Second, it's all irrelevant now... Trump rightfully pardoned or commuted the sentences the vast majority of so-called "offenders"... The handful of violent protesters who actually committed real crimes have not been granted pardons and rightfully so...
Trump pardoning them to me was a crime. When somone willingly admits to a felony in a court of law by thier own admitance seems hard to defend thier actions. Trump not being charged with insurrection to me is amazing, not the right word but close enough. Yes, it is over and a sad note in US history books. Not too sure how to explain that one so it makes sense even to myself.

As far as due process - McCarthy could have released that 41,000 hours of film to the public instead of Carlson - Wasnt McCarthy a Republican

I am concerned with MS13 does that make me a gang member?

Then prove it in a court of law. If they have such sound facts it would be rather easy to do and then very few could complain including myself. I dont want criminals here in teh states but simply accusing someone should not be sufficent to put them in prison.

My misguided friend,

All of your subsequent posts have been gaslighting around the original topic that YOU brought up which is due process and who is actually entitled to it... By alleging that in your view, illegal aliens and terrorists are entitled to due process by the Constitution, yet our own U.S. citizens are not, is the ultimate hypocrisy for which you have yet to credibly explain...

Add that to the fact that you view the events of J-6 along with Trump's actions as insurrection is nothing more than terminal TDS... Unless you are prepared to have a factual discussion free of emotion and delusion, we are wasting our time here...

Trump didn’t put him in prison. El Salvador did. So take it up with them.

He was already here illegally and rather than behaving he punched his wife.

Deporting an illegal alien doesn’t have the same legal burden as putting someone in prison. He didn’t have a right to be in the US and he screwed up. More illegals should keep that in mind.

Your side treating him like Xiong Yan is incredible and isn’t going to win you many converts from the middle.

I think any time due process is bypassed for any individual or group of individuals in the United States it is wrong, Period. If it can be proven and not hearsay that due process was not properly followed then the case should be thrown out which I am pretty sure is the standard.

Yes I have TDS - when any president thinks he can simply bypass our constitution I have a problem with them.

I am not American....but to put it simply he was at the least an illegal so deport deport deport....and that applies to any country..fk them

Maybe we’re talking past each other. What due process rights do you think he has that were ignored?

He’s a citizen of El Salvador, illegally in the United States. He can be deported for that alone and at any time. He didn’t have a right to be here.

He wasn’t put in the US prison without trial. He was just sent back where he came from which is a common enough fate when illegal aliens get the attention of the authorities.

Most illegal aliens don’t get picked up because there are too many and most are smart enough to keep their heads down. Mr. Garcia didn’t do that.

I think I’m gonna build an app. Similar to the dating apps

to match up illegal gang members and crazy leftists. They can take them into their homes. Hang out together. Let their wives and daughters take leisurely strolls on jogging paths together.

Lovable, misunderstood, fun seeking Homie looking for Naïve idiot.

He should not have been put in jail - I do not necessarily have a problem with the deportion of illegal imigrants. But he should not be in jail if he has not been convicted of a crime. If he was found guilty of a crime its time to forget his name.

Yes he was put in prison by Trump under his orders, to say he was not is too ignore the agreement our country made with El Salvador.

By that same token, you must also agree to have suffered from Obama Derangement Syndrome and Biden Derangement Syndrome as well?

I would also be interested to know which exact parts of the Constitution you assert have been violated by Trump? From what I am aware of, the majority of Trumps EO's which have been challenged have been upheld in the courts so far. The ones that have not been upheld are being obeyed by the Trump Administration and going to the appeals process which is exactly how the rule of law is supposed to work... Unlike the previous Administration where both existing laws and subsequent court rulings where ignored which is the actual definition of a Constitutional crisis...

So where exactly is the Constitution being violated by this current POTUS?

He was given due process and found to be here illegally. He was given a “withholding” status and was supposed to be deported to any country except El Salvador due to a rival gang member that wanted to kill him because he was in MS-13. Once MS-13was named a “Terrorist Organization “ he was rounded up and sent packing. Due to his criminal past in El Salvador he was institutionalized. Pretty much the end of the last chapter….

It seems to be another miss for the man who was supposed to end Russia's war of aggression on Ukraine in 24 hours. For my part, I don't understand why the Ukrainians are so reluctant to a great deal, a fantastic deal!!! They only need to give up 20-25% of their territory, transfer control of the energy infrastructure including gas and oil and transfer the mineral resources that the country has left to the US. The fact that they will also have to pay twice as much for equipment that the US would probably scrap is hardly worth mentioning in this context. The Ukrainians will surely apologize to the Russians for having to invade their country and help restore the infrastructure that the Russians had to destroy in the occupied parts of Ukraine.

I see.

Democrats are funny. One would have thought that Trump was still president for the entire four years of Biden’s term based on how any and everything bad was his fault even after 2020. Now he’s also president of El Salvador. I wonder what he will be president of next?

It’d be nice if the left could decide whether he was incompetent or omnipotent.

It's funny how critics only seem to hold politicians accountable for their pre-election rhetoric only when it's Trump... LOL..

Furthermore, the world seems to willfully ignore this is not Trump's war... With that said, his desire to negotiate a peace that also comes with a favorable outcome for the United Staes is exactly what the majority of people elected him to do... And, I would remind you like Trump reminded Zelensky, that you don't come to the table making demands when you do not hold the cards... Nobody is expecting Ukraine to be apologetic to Russia, but most Americans do expect Ukraine to demonstrate appreciation for our support. Trump merely intends to secure a tangible demonstration of that appreciation...

Meanwhile, what has the rest of Europe done in that last 4 years to end this war besides continuing to fund Russia's war effort in buying their oil?
