Is there a cheese out there that is not better when smoked?
 
I love cheese all kinds but its not just the cheese what goes with it ? a fresh french stick or bath oliver biscuit . which bottle a port or sweet wine or red or white. quince jelly or honey so many options
 
Whole milk or buttermilk or kefir boiled up , strained and salted and caraway
classic in the Forrest or hunt cheese in the birch bark containers ( pult) as the box is called .

I have a Chapuis 450-400 double that looks brand new and shoots well, never been hunted from what I can tell.
