They should do over there what we do here in the states.....slap 'em with a personal protection order and tell them (the monkeys) that they have to stay a minimum of 50 yards away or else they will get "in trouble".
It will probably work just as well there as it does here....................kinda like Matt85's suggestion better (both for there AND here!)
