Hi,
I know this may sound a bit shallow but to me it's not. I am looking for a bow hunt where I have a chance to make the book. I am a recent cancer survivor and have not hunted in several years. It was very hard but we fight the battles we have to. I have hunted Africa several times so I understand what is in play. I will be sharp and ready by the time the hunt comes.

thanks-Jerry

Good luck with your recovery.

thank you for the kind words!

I have the hunt. Book guaranteed on kudu. 55"+ as well as wildebeest 29" plus.

Not shallow at all. I know, I have nursed two parents with cancer.

Hi Jerry,
Have a look at my offering $175 a day, I’m set up for Bow hunters, 9 hunting blinds on water points. We are located in the Limpopo Provence SA on the Limpopo River.
Good hunting and good trophy quality at a reasonable price. There’s a good chance to shoot a Kudu, Nyala and Wildebeest that will make the book.....
Let me know your thoughts.
Regards.

Hi All,
I have gotten some good offers. Trying to make up my mind. I have set aside what I am hoping is enough money and plan to hunt in 2019. I have not been to Africa in over 5 years. The same goes for any sportsman shows. Getting sick just sucks. A lot can change in that period of time. New outfitters come aboard, old ones get sold, people move around. I am hoping some of my fellow hunters can offer any advice they might think of. Good or bad experiences. Good or bad outfitters. Sweet sleeper places. (I hope). Maybe somewhere where you know that a genuine monster Lurks. If it is something awful, please send it to me private. I will certainly keep it to myself.

many thanks-Jerry

thanks for your reply bob , is it feasible to build a 444 on a P14/M17 , or is the no4 enfield easier to build? i know where i can buy a lothar walther barrel in 44, 1-38 twist , but i think with a barrel crown of .650" the profile is too light .
