Show Us Your Hunting Knife

I usually have a pocket knife, a leatherman and then a fix blade on hand when in the field.

Just had time to shot a nice pic of my three pupils. From left, Randall n.1, n.8 and n.19.
1 and 19 already posted here. The last addiction is the 8 "Bird & Trout", a very nice little companion that can do lot of things despite the small size. I'd like to learn shooting pics of my stuff, something like the ones found on old Field & Stream, Outdoor Life and so. This is a start, and it's funny and rewarding!
Great pic!

Why do I suspect that there is another deadly sin, like coverting thy neighbours wife, but coverting thy fellow forum members knife….or in this case knives
Gumpy
Knives and women…

Both will cut you… :D

This is basically what I carry....nothing exotic here !!
The Tracker style one at the top is one I just finished making, then a basic Mora but with one of my leather sheath's instead of the standard plastic one and one of those scalpel knives for fine work.

I also have a Nessmuk style skinning knife but I haven't finished it yet....

The Tracker came up looking good. I will be interested to see the skinner when its finished.

4 of my favorite knives. Some will recognise the top knife. “The Dugga Boy Club” knife. A gift from Wik Coetzee of @GAME 4 AFRICA SAFARIS. A knife that holds fantastic memories for me.
Second is by a Croatian knife maker trading as Pine Marten knives.
The last two are my most used knives and have been for years. Both are Schrade. The second, cheap as chips, was made in Kerry, Ireland when Schrade had a plant here. Both hold an excellent edge.

I have no idea the shipping cost from here to Costa Rica. I can do my research on shipping and get back with you later today.

I didn't see your request re: ship co’s. My last shipment was 2023. Quotes from SBS Logistics ($1,198), Badger Cargo ($1,184 - used them) & AHG Trophy Shippers ($1,746). AHG owner's an asshole so wouldn't have used him anyway. Eastern Cape - Houston, TX, so your mileage may vary. NEVER use Karl Human Taxidermy aka Wild Africa Taxidermy on Eastern Cape. Trophies arrived shattered with no padding/packing material.
