Red Stag Hunt Fixed Price Romania 2025!

This is absolutely on my list but probably not this year.
We have good friends (practically family) in Lithuania so we're over there occasionally and I would love to tie in this hunt with a future trip.

Watching with interest.

If anyone is looking into this hunt and is on the fence, you should not hesitate. I hunted roe bucks with Marius a few years back and he is a true professional. If you want to read my hunt report it´s here: Link

This offer also piqued my interest. When I checked flights from eastern US it seems like there are no direct flights to CLJ. All flights go through Munich Germany. Does anyone know what the procedure is for flying with rifles through Germany?

Very easy process. You pick the gun in Cluj-Napoca airport ( CLJ) usually they are able to checkin like that.

I flew within Europe only but checked in my rifle in Sweden and picked it up in Cluj. The airport in Cluj is small but the process with firearm was really simple, open the case and check serial number, gun ownership and passport, count the number of cartridges and off you go. Done in 5 min maximum.

On the return a similar process ans Marius writes a paper explaining how many cartridges you spent and they'll check that it matches what you are exporting based on what you arrived with, then off you go again, 5 min tops again so a simple process if EU citizen, but I can't imagine it being any major differences for an american.
