Lol… when I bought the first 30 cal can I told myself it was all I’d ever need… it’s magnum rated… so it can work on everything from 223 to 300 prc… what else could I possibly need???

Now I’m 5 cans deep… and think I need just one more to cover anything I’d ever want to do…

I mean there are plenty of threads to discuss such topics on this forum. This however is the Politics thread, AKA the cesspool of AH. The main points of this thread seems to be insults, anger, conspiracy theories, judgment, hate, misinformation, rage-bait posts/AI nonsense, reposting social media garbage, projection, and DARVO gaslighting. All whilst claiming to have the moral high ground...Welcome to the scrum!

I hadnt thought about the impact of the new ruling on the "fuel filter" suppressors...

before, if you didnt Form 1 one, and if you werent very careful about how you went through the process, you could get hemmed up on making a suppressor really quickly.. and.. other than for a .22 lr most of the fuel filter cans really werent great quality.. to get anything with reasonable specs, made of good materials like steel or titanium that could stand up to a centerfire rifle was almoat as expensive as buying a factory made can.. so, why do it?

Now.. my guess is those "kits" are going to drop to ridiculous prices.. otherwise no one will ever buy one again (why would you pay $300 for a steel do it yourself kit when you can buy a factory lyman 30 cal suppressor for $299 and there is no tax stamp and you can walk out of the gun store the same day now)...

My question is.. since suppressors are 4473 only items now.. and it is perfectly legal in the US to self manufacture a non NFA firearm for self use and NOT 4473 it... Could you not self manufacture a suppressor for self use now? Since it is no longer an NFA item?

The new rule allows you to create an SBR without a Form 1 anymore... Why would you need to Form 1 a self made suppressor?

I’m not wondering any further into this conversation bud , I’m probably already on a watchlist for the amounts of reloading components and binary targets I have. If the government found out I could go to Napa buy a Napa4003/wix240003 and I also own a set npt taps, or that a 1/2-3/4 npt bushing could be bought to a hardware store prime minister carney would shit a kitten.

I have never been a fan of public executions. For some reason I always think back to the images of the Kandahar soccer stadium prior to our invasion. While the terrorist we are executing is guilty, I feel as a nation we loose a little dignity each time we watch something like that.

Much worse would be done to any of us in their backyard. They would gleefully video record our beheading, and drag our bodies thru the streets, just like they did in Benghazi

Do you think your national military serves gay people as well as straight people? It seems like a simple question. If they do what is wrong with participating in their parade? They do it for farmers, Santa Claus Parades, football games, etc. Why not a pride parade? Being gay is no longer a crime I am pretty sure.
