The congress has some power of federal elections at the state level to insure they follow federal laws. Whether they do or not is a different matter. Republicans and democrats alike have a history of allowing mass immigration since I’ve been alive.Elections are ran at the state level if there is a problem it's to be addressed by the state or so I understand based on the constitution. Correct me if I am wrong.
Even over in the uk if you look at the the conservatives they let a insane amount of the immigrants in which is why they seemed to not deem it a problem when they were in office as well because then they would have to admit fault.
You still haven’t answered my question though do you think those representatives won solely based on American citizen votes or do you believe the illegal immigrants helped get them in?
