I tell people my wife and I are billionaires in children. Having five wonderful very successful children plus five wonderful spouses and nine grandchildren is the most wonderful thing in my life. It hasn’t been easy, just the opposite. The risk of twins is real, ask me. Having three boys and wife wanted to try for a little girl and what happens, twins. Got the girl and a bonus boy.

I think it is difficult to generalize about "the left" like that. Not in any meaningful way.

There are many people on "the left" who think that sort of thing is quite silly. Just like many on "the right" think calls for an American theocracy are equally silly.

The problem is that “the left” gave these people a prominent place in the last administration and still do in places like San Francisco.

The middle turning back to Trump for sense of normality should be a wake up call for how the left carried on the last four years. Chest feeding, gay musicians giving satan laps dances, male White House staff in dresses, cities hiring morbidly obese people to head health services may not be mainstream parts of the political left but they were allowed to be presented as such.

RLD, I have been reading some disturbing things and I hate to be the bearer of bad news but here it goes. I think you might have become infected with Liberalism. I am sure your first reaction is to scream no and run away but hear me out. There is help, the first thing you need to do is admit it, take ownership and realize you can change.
Liberalism can often creep into our lives in subtle ways, for instance spending too much time in room with CNN playing in the back ground can cause leftist thoughts to infiltrate your subconscious. Eating a meal with no meat or god forbid a well done steak can start process that takes you away from all that is good and decent. Choosing peach schnapps over whiskey, sitting down to pee, being able identify more the 8 colors. These things might not seem important but in order for a man to adopt liberalism he must first forget what it is to be a man.

Your small handful of examples of "republican" misconduct or immorality are a pathetic attempt to draw comparison. These, or any other examples you can scrounge up are not in the same universe with the collective insanity and depravity of an ideology which has now consumed an entire political party...

The democrats keep insisting that they have a "big tent", and I have to agree. You need a big tent to house an ideology that has gone completely insane and continues to double-down on that insanity. The entirety of the left/democrats are either active participants in the lunacy, fellow travelers, or cowards who have refused to denounce the insanity and take back control... The very small handful of moderates have either abandoned ship or have capitulated all leadership roles to the most vocal of the lunatics... 100% partisan voting on every single piece of legislation is irrefutable proof of that capitulation...

He also seems to conveniently forget that Christianity became the official religion of the Roman empire and it was legally imposed on people rather than by choice. IT is also kind of funny to see him suggest that places like Syria, Palestine, Egypt, Libya etc were somehow inherently Christian. He also fails to mention the crusades in other places, such as the Albegesian Crusade, or the crusade against mercenaries, or the crusades through Northern Europe and the Baltic primarily by the Teutonic knights who brought Christianity to those people as least as violently as some of the expansion of Islam. And let's not even get started on the Thirty Years War, the Hussites etc.

So, your point is that because Christians, and Muslims, along with just about every other race, religion, and culture which engaged in barbarism and genocide a thousand years ago, it's justifiable for Islam to continue the practice and ideology now, and those who denounce it are xenophobic? Islam is a problem of its own making... They are collectively suffering a similar fate as the "left" in which the entire faith has been overtaken by the radical minority... Any religion or culture that wants to be recognized as legitimate has a responsibility to not only denounce, but self-impose the eradication of the most radical and extreme elements within itself... I was off 1 month and $100. I said last year that by July 2025 gold would be $3500

Unless another currency replaces the Dollar gold should remain high. Because the Dollar will continue to be devalued gold is a decent hedge.

They can go through an impeachment process, but I don't think he can remove them any other way according to the Texas Constitution.

The only legal ways to remove a Texas lawmaker is either for the person to be expelled by a vote of two-thirds of the Legislature — which happened when legislators voted to expel Republican Rep. Byron Slaton over misconduct in 2023 — or by voters at the ballot box.
