I wonder if Navy Seals will be used to help the IDF locate any American hostages?

Bill Barr is basically calling for the eradication of Iran's nuclear facilities, but not going so far as to say that the American military should do it. He stated that we should support an Israeli strike on Iran. Would that not require Israeli planes having to use Iraqi airspace to get to Iran?

Slightly different subject, but related to Homeland Defense. When I flew home last week from Zambia, I was waiting for my bags and rifle in the local airport in Louisiana. A prison bus pulled up and dropped about 50-60 illegals off. No security in sight. All looked to be single men and not very many looked like Hispanics. Most looked African or Middle Easterners. They seemed to be in a good mood and all had cell phones. I speculated they were being relocated, as opposed to being deported. The Delta agent told me this scene has been playing out everyday for quite some time.

Provide an exit for the majority of Palestinians into Egypt - into the hands of the Int community, Red Cross etc
This strategy was used in Croatian war of independence. (later in media they claimed it is the first time in history, but I dont know if that is a fact)
During final offensive against rebel Serbs on occupied territory corridors were left to allow civilians to withdraw, while the military and police units pushed from other sides. This in my view reduced civilian casualties and collateral damage.
However it was not seen positively later by war crimes tribunal, it was seen as a form of ethnic cleansing, but on the end, top brass was released from all charges. Then-president was indicted, but died from natural causes before facing a trial.
In post war period, majority of Serb refugees never came back.

Israel will find itself under enormous pressure to agree to a ceasefire and negotiate for their release.
Can an official government of a state negotiate with terrorists?
Indeed, the pressure will be enormous.

On the other hand, present leadership of Gaza and military wing Hamas, will have lost any credibility should a hostages are used as a leverage in negotiations. With this action they clearly identified themselves as terrorists'!
This reminds me of the methods used in terrorist attack against Israeli athletes during Munich Olympic games 1972, exactly the same tactics with hostages just on much larger scale.

Welcome home! Makes you feel great doesn’t it. Tongue firmly in cheek

@Wheels, what would Israeli rockets in Doha accomplish? Other than possibly pulling other Muslim countries into a hot war on Israel.

Makes you wonder how many they miss.
The CBP has been reporting anywhere from 3,000 to 10,000 crossings daily for over two years now.
There is no way to determine the amount of those missed but I can assure you that some of them plan to let us all know that they are here.

Compared to what Israeli Intelligence and Unit 669 and Shayetet 13 Special Operating Forces know about Gaza, Delta, much less Seals, would be of little value in any operations there.

Probably sooner than later unfortunately

Even if they don't actually plan to do us harm, they are available to do us harm as soon as they are re-motivated by some revolutionary or religious fanatic.

Any chance the Israelis may have had some “workers” mixed in with the construction crews that built many of the structures in Gaza? This would help knowing the layouts of some of the possible hostage locations if a raid is attempted.

100% agree but I do believe that some of those that made the journey are true believers and are willing to do the work without the need of another pep rally.

Sorry for not being more clear.

The leaders of Hamas are too good to live in Gaza. They have been living in luxury in Doha for quite awhile. Right after the attacks on Israel there was a group photo of the Hamas leaders praying at a hotel in Doha.

Hello,

Am I reading your post correctly to say that the Tsavo rifle will be coming out with a composite stock later this year? I ask because I had been looking very hard for a Tsavo, but if there is going to be a composite stock model I will wait for that.

Thank you for your time,

Andrew

Saw your post. Nice. Denver too. Genesee area (just off 70) if ever up this way. Alternatively, do you have a membership at GGC? Whatever, you'll have a wonderful time in Africa. Enjoy.
