The wine bottle is made of glass....there if you drink a bottle of wine from the bottle.... isn't that the same as having only one glass of wine?

If you only use one glass(?)..... Isn't it still one glass no matter how many times it gets filled?
Shouldn't it be more than one glass, and counting when the bartender, waitress, waiter, starts replacing your empty glass(es) with a fresh drink glass.
