A month ago I started with a CPAP mask and this is so true. You finally found a comfortable way to get to sleep but you have to pee, but you don't want to have to remove the mask, shut off the machine and then start the process all over again.

A metal shrinking hammer for sheet metal work, IE; car body.
car wreck impact stretches the metal.
Not sure how much this applies to modern cars that bolt together.
