The award is given on the size of the skull ..

There was another cat taken that was equal in size shot with the use of hounds so 2 fantastic leopard from Zimbabwe once again.

This Leopard was all of 8’ in length skull size measured 17 11/16” but after 3 months drying it was re measured for official score at 17 4/16”

Congrats Wayne. After 36 years of hunting I still can't comprehend how someone (good PH's) who love to hunt the most mature very tough to hunt and kill animals can do it and then watch the client pull the trigger and then take the animal home.
They are the hunters. No disrespect to the clients as clients allow the PH's to pursue their goals. All the money in the world doesn't make a great hunter. Training, sweat equity, time and experience does.
