Mouflon or Fallow?

I went for the Fallow deer first. Better tasting to me, but the Mouflon was like eating lamb....again, my palate.

I saw many fallow deer but none of them made my jaw drop like the mouflon. I’m headed to the east cape in April so maybe fallow deer will catch my eye there.
