Hello Everyone,
I figured this would be a great place to buy a pair of used Courteney Selous boots in really good condition. I'm going on my first African plains game hunt and would like to wear a pair of these on the hunt. I'm looking for the following Courteney Boot:

Model: Selous
Size: UK 10.5 / US 11
Fit: Men's
Sole: Tyre Tread
Selous Gameskin Color: Dark Brown or Two Tone

Thank you for reading my post!

Jim at African Sporting Creations, the EE(standard Courteney) selous he has is is tyre tread, great folks to do business with

Same here I got a pair of Jamesons in 11. They’re almost too big with insoles but getting better as the leather breaks in but want to pickup a selous in 10.5.

Have you tried on these boots before? I realize they are the classic African boot but they aren’t for everyone. I regret spending the money to buy mine. They are just too heavy and give blisters on small toe. You don’t need a special boot for Limpopo. Any lightweight boot is generally fine for a PG hunt. If you are looking for really nice leather boots for next trip I’d ask your PH to take you somewhere there. They have much better leather selections and pricing there than we do. Then you can actually try on.

Also being a new member I hope you are extremely careful with scammers with a want to buy ad like this.

A UK size 10 would also work.

I’d take a look at Jim Green boots. I picked up a pair In Safari Outdoors last week. So far so good. Nice fit and not heavy.

I have a pair of brand new Jim Greens in 11EE that do not fit me correctly. I'm not going to send them back because I applied some waterproofing to them right away, before realizing that they weren't going to work. I would make someone a heck of a deal. I'll get some pics if interested.

hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
