Consider having one built on a standard 98 Mauser. I built my 404 in three months for less than $3K. Just depends on how fancy you want to go but I'm sure someone could build you one just as cheaply (e.g. a decent piece of wood sans checkering + Timney deluxe trigger with 2-position side safety.)
