No to be a PITA, but per forum rules you'll have to ask a price if you post a classified.

Yes. Good point I didn't read the rules. Happy to post a price.

What do you think they are worth? Any help appreciated.

They’re great bino’s but used glass sells at a pretty steep discount regardless of condition. (Swaro Z6 EE being an obvious exception). I’d try $1,500 but be prepared that you may not get it. I know that sounds ridiculous based on the new price. Honestly, they’re so good, I think you will regret selling them for what they will bring.

To quote Charlton Heston, you would have to pry mine from my "cold dead hands." Great optical instrument.

A pair just sold one here for $1200

Concur on prior posts on used glass prices… I think binos are even worse than scopes unfortunately… I see higher end Zeiss and swaro binos going on places like Hi-Bid for outrageously low prices (a set of zeiss victory 10x25’s in great condition went for $215 last week.. they retail new for $899)…

A sincerely GLWS… just advising that the used glass market isn’t nearly as good as the used gun market..

That's absurd - I think people get concerned about damage to the glass

Perhaps… but… I’ve got to admit I’ve gotten some stellar deals on hi-bid…

It’s like any other auction site.. you have to know what you’re looking at, what it’s real value is, and not get caught up in a bid war…

But for example.. I’ve picked up a swaro z3 3-10x42 in great shape for $350… as well as a zeiss conquest HD 3-15x42 for about the same money…

People just don’t pay a lot for used glass… and premium used glass seems to get hammered just as bad as the cheaper brands.. and if you’re patient, and know what you’re looking for, there are some stupid cheap deals out there..

after looking around and reading yalls kind input I'd like to stick at 1,750 usd.

maybe I wont sell them but thats ok too. They are hard to wear out and great binos - can always just keep them in the truck or give to a client.

Hey my friend, I am returning to SA for a Cape Buffalo hunt in June 26. My outfitter has suggested Highveld but I have read some poor reports. Wondering how satisfied you were with your mounts from them? Thanks in advance.
Finally back to somewhat normal I missed reading the messages and posts

Hi PaulB,
I have a Ballard Arms Model 1885 chambered for .333 Jeffery Flanged. Do you have any idea where I can get ammo for this?

I am new to this forum so I am sorry if I am doing something wrong!
Thank You!
