Looks like Elmer Fudds gun, that wascawy wabbit better watch out!!! lol

So, do you think Sullivan would let THAT in camp? :A Crutches::A Surrender:

What, no clip?
Follow up shot is going to take much to long.

any idea why the last shooter had to close the bolt slowly? :E Confused:

i wonder if any of them needed:D Barman::D Beer Bottle::D Booze::D Passed Out: to numb the pain after shooting that

Some seriously poor shooting positions for such a heavy recoiling rifle!

Seated too high to get the full butt employed to distribute the recoil.

I was cringing watching it!

@matt85 I think Justin just found your next gun!

lol no thanks... if that young dude in good shape cant even shoulder the gun then what the heck am I supposed to do with it?!?!

And I think that was the lightweight version he was having issues with!!!!

Thought the same thing. And did you notice that on the last guy at least they had two chairs stacked? So they were working to make sure they were in a bad position!

Could they have been in a worse shooting position, hunched over the bench like that, the butt poorly lodged in the shoulder? Doubtful.

I will stick to watching other people shoot those things. Too much horsepower!

Do you think I could use this for hunting baboons?

At 80 to 120 pounds, you would need 3 or 4 gun porters to carry it around for you.

I know i would only make it a short time hiking that bugger in the field.

with my back and legs the way they are id make it about 50 feet before i tossed the gun in a ditch and used my backup rifle. i personally would takes Cal's 4 bore over this any day. his 4 bore has the same muzzle diameter but weighs "only" 22 pounds.

I am righthanded, so not interested in the rifle, but I have a 375 RUM and 350 gr bullet loading data is very hard to come by. If you could reply with information regarding your loads I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, Ray Boone, Leavenworth, WA

Hello - I was looking at your post from several years ago regarding the Winchester 300 H&H. Any chance you still have the lefty M70 300 H&H for sale?
Thank you, Mike

An excellent AH member right here! I had a fantastic transaction with Hornedfrogbbq (I was the seller). His communication was first rate, payment was extremely fast, and I would have absolutely no reservations at all dealing with him again. Thank you, F!
