Heading for SA in the 20th of JUne for just 4 weeks. This time I will just borrow a rifle. My main hunt is as simpel as it gets....Hunting springbok on the open grassveld for some 4-6 days. Maybe some warthogs and duikers too. Ever since I was diagnosed with Leukemia(survived so far)) my only real wish was just a springbokjag on the open grassveld one more time if I survived. I plan later to visit a friend north of Kimberly for plain touring around, eating good food, visiting friend etc. If anyone wish to meet up please feel free to drop me a PM.
I plan to visit a friend in the Kalahari, see some Anglo/boer war sites and just touring around. My scedule will have no fixed dates or hours. Pure African relaxation....

A great plan! I’m glad you’re winning the fight against leukemia! May God bless and heal you!

I‘ll be in SA the first two weeks of June so we’ll miss each other. If not, I’d have liked to meet up. Good luck and enjoy your springbokjag!

Sounds like an awesome plan. Good luck and continued good health beating your health issues. I know from experience myself last year or two. Go and enjoy yourself. Life is short and take it all in while you can.

Enjoy, Life is a beautiful thing and this sounds like a fantastic way to celebrate it!

May God be with you for healing, safe travels and wonderful experiences!! With SA on level 6 load shedding, it might not be a bad idea to throw in a little power bank to keep plugged in so when the electric is on it charges up, then if you come in from hunting and have no power, your power bank can be used to charge your phone.

Good on you and keep up the good fight.

Pre Boer War, but Isandlwana is worth seeing. I would suggest watching "Zulu" as preparation. For the Boer War, Spion Kop is a spectacular setting where ghosts still walk.

I like your relaxed plan to see things taking it a day at a time.

Pray for your return to good health and winning the battle with Leukemia.

Great plan, wish you the best :D Cheers:

Great plan. Will you be hiring a car to travel around?

Have a great and successful trip! Keep on keeping on.

May the Lord bless you in the fight with leukemia. Enjoy your trip.

God bless you in your fight and stay strong. Hope you have a fantastic and successful hunt.

From a few moments in Freestate.

Jake, Sorry to bug you again. I was wondering if you could share a. couple actual pics of this crossbow with me?

Xpedition Archery USED Scrapeline390X Sniper Gray Crossbow XACW1001 - Light Wear - Needs Bolt/Arrow Guide Spring UA5689

If it is in a decent shape, would you be willing to sell it for $100 shipped? IS it missing the retention spring that goes over the bolt?
Thank you Ferenc

Good morning John, I just read your setup procedure for the northstar duplicator ator. I found it very hand and I did learn some things. I have the same machine and I am having a problem i can not figure out and was hoping you could shed some light on the subject.
