Daily rates Include:
Services of licensed Professional Hunter
Full support staff, including skinners and trackers
Ground transport during safari, including transfers to and from nearest airport to hunting area, unless otherwise discussed.
Field preparation of trophies and transport thereof to taxidermist.
Full accommodation, daily laundry service, all meals and beverages except hard liquor.

Daily Rates Exclude:
Trophy fees on any animal hunted or wounded.
Cost of charter flights required or requested.
Shipping costs of trophies, including from taxidermist to shipping agent. (taxidermist will bill you for this)
Day excursions or post hunting trips to Parks etc.
Taxidermy charges.

Packages Booked includes:

Services of Professional Hunter, Food and Drinks and Lodging (Alcoholic Drinks in Moderation) for duration of hunt safari.

Terms and conditions:

* 50 percent deposit of any package will secure.
* All Airfares for Client's Account.
* Balance to be paid in FULL 45 Days before the hunt commences
* Animals in Package may not be substituted without prior arrangement.
* Wounded animals will be charged in full
* Animals taken outside the package, will be charged as per the general Trophy price list
* Daily rate charged per night on safari
* Extra days may be added as per price lists.
* Excursions can be arranged to visit National Parks, payable separately.
* Dipping and crating done by an independent company +- $500 -$700
* Laundry is done daily
* Temperatures around 25 - 36 degrees Celsius
* Additional air travel and accommodation is not included
* Gratuities to PH, Trackers and camp staff at clients discretion
* All payments on Safari in CASH

Every effort is made to ensure the safety of the hunting client; no responsibility is accepted
for any illness, accident or loss. It will be expected of hunting clients to sign an indemnity
form before commencement of the hunt.
