Front sight options for ruger m77 tang safety

I have ruger m77 tang safety made around 1978 or so that has the plunger type front sight id like to change it out for something thats more visible any options out there other thenswitching out the whole base.

Guess changing the base is the only option I'd like Express sights on it anyway.
