These two added at the suggestion of my wife, one's an earlier pic from the same sequence of photographs as my first and only photo I've submitted to this wonderful thread. I was on top of a Gomo in Zimbabwe spotting for Cape Buffalo, that's me with my .375 on top of the rock.

The second, is the best Nyati stare I could capture, on my last day as we passed a herd.

I have not been to Africa to hunt but hold hope it will happen. Plans have been made a few times with finacial woo's changing them. It will happen for sure.

Here is a favorite picture my wife took last season. No monster but a good honest fun hunt, the 2 of us in a area we call the "Steppes"......as it is high, plateu'd and very barren. We love it.

There are many Australian hunters with Elk trophies but I doubt if many of them are Manitoban. I took this fine 15 pointer with my Canadian uncle.

Typical mountain lion stare. Looks like a harmful pussy cat does he not?

Double Trouble

This photo was taken in Namibia in 2007. These two seemed to think that we were less threatening than the elephants.

I'm unfortunately on a diet. Presently in VA hospital as Agent Orange finally caught up with me. Cancer and I no longer can speak. If all goes well I'll be out of here and back home in Thailand by end of July. Tough road but I'm a tough old guy. I'll make it that hunt.

Nice one there. I guided for mulies and elk for about 10 or so years in northern New Mexico.

Business is the only way to fly. I'm headed to SA August 25. I'm hoping that business isn't an arm and a leg. If you don't mind, what airline and the cost for your trip. Mine will be convoluted. I'll be flying into the states to pick up my 416 Rigby as Thailand doesn't allow firearms (pay no attention to the daily shootings and killings) so I'll have 2 very long trips.
