Nikon Monarch, matte black, 1.1-4×24 30mm tube, German 4 reticle, 4" eye relief. Obvious ring marks from a bad set of rings (poorly lapped), does not impact performance. Glass is clean, no scratches. No box or manuals, just the scope.
