I'm sorry it took me so long to see this, Alas I was out of the office on Friday chasing turkeys here in PA..

Any order over $500 placed on the website will require a signature upon delivery, We have found this significantly cuts down on credit card fraud, as well as helps both parties involved very heavily should a package be stolen or come up missing.

However, we are aware this can be a headache for some of our customers
If anyone would like to place an order, and ensure that there is no signature requirement / any special shipping instructions - just shoot me a message or give us a call at the number listed in my signature, I will ensure the order goes thru seamlessly

My problematic dealings with UPS and "signature required" regardless of my purchases was ALWAYS UPS, not the vendor/merchant. EuroOptics don't want their merchandise returned; they want the customer to be happy. It's a UPS thing. You should be able to arrange a pick up at the respective UPS warehouse or store. I had to do that once with FedEX and I'm very happy I made that decision. I did have to call the receiving facility nearby and coordinate, but it was worth it.

I’ve been using a UPS Store as a shipping address for close to 15 years and never had an issue.

The only issue I’ve run into is when the USPS delivery driver tries to deliver before they are open. And they know full well EXACTLY when the store opens…they are just lazy.
