Does anyone know hntr58

This whole situation sucks and everybody here loses in one way or another. The silver lining is it's a good lesson for all of us. Pay attention to the listing details, and confirm who you are dealing with. Lots of good folks around here, just do your due diligence as with any transaction.

Any updates?

Found out it was a scam I got took for 1000.00 . Someone hacked his account. I have a laundry list of charges filed

I want to make it clear to EVERYONE on AH that NO ONE hacked @hntr58 member's account. Against AH Posting Guidelines @KencoArms posted his personal email address in the thread which enabled a con artsist to contact him directly through his email address and pose as the seller for an item that he knew he was interested in which had already been sold as posted in the thread. This is a known internet scam which everyone should be aware of when it comes to people buying and selling items.

As mentioned in my post #16 in this thread of Sep 21:
No one has hacked AH. Looking at your AH member's account @hntr58 IP log all the way back to Jun 23, 2019 nothing out of the ordinary appears and I do not believe that anyone had access to your AH member's account or logged in with it.

Also see my post #24 in this thread of Sep 21:
Hi Ken, Firstly let me say that I'm very sorry that something like this has happened to you.

As I posted earlier @hntr58 account was not hacked. If you look at the thread from @hntr58 for the Remington 700 Custom Shop Left Hand 458 Win Mag (https://www.africahunting.com/threads/remington-700-custom-shop-left-hand-458-win-mag.26178/) you will see that @hntr58 confirms the sale of his rifle on March 19, 2016.

Ken you posted your email address in the thread on September 3, 2019 which is against the rules for several reason and I moderated the thread to remove your email address from your post. However once you posted your email address, although it was not visible for long, anyone who saw it could have contacted you and misrepresented themselves as the seller which in my opinion appears to have happened. No one on AH was hacked, not your account or @hntr58 member's account. See your post that I edited for privacy reasons at the following link: https://www.africahunting.com/threa...shop-left-hand-458-win-mag.26178/#post-574067

Thank you for clearing up what happened here Jerome. I’m also sorry this happened to Kenco. Nobody was more surprised than me seeing my name on a thread as being hunted down. But I think we all learned a lesson here. Hope things can get worked out for Kenco. Also, its good to know Africahunting.com is secure!!

Is this rifle sold? If not what is the weight of it and do you know if there is enough difference in diameter between the 35W and the 9.3 to allow for a rebore to a 9.3x62 which is what I am after?
Thanks,
Gary (Just down the road in Springfield)

Forgive me if this is the incorrect area, I signed up to this forum just now because I wanted to be on the list to purchase a copy of your autobiography. Please feel free to pass my information along to whomever is selling. Thank you so much. I look forward to it!
I like the Tillie in my picture. They are supposed to fit loose (2 fingers inside hat band), have mesh for cooling, and hold their shape after washing.
