Bullet art

My friend and hunting partner, Debbie Carter, showed me this photo of a pair of earrings her husband, John, had made for her out of spent bullets. I was entranced.

It turned out that they were only the latest of John's creations, using pistol bullets recovered after being fired into a barrel full of water. Here are some more examples.

I posted this on another thread,but it fits here too. I had the bullet (.416 Rigby) that was recovered from the sable I shot, gold plated and added the diamond. My wife loved it.
