Ladies and Gentlemen,

I urge you to send a simple email to huntingtrophyconsultation@defra.gov.uk with Supporting option 4 in the subject title. Thats all. If you want to back it up feel free to do so.

The options are as follows;

  1. A ban on the import and export of hunting trophies from certain species.
  2. Stricter requirements for clear benefits to conservation and local communities to be demonstrated before hunting trophies from certain species are permitted to enter or leave the UK.
  3. A ban on all hunting trophies entering or leaving the UK.
  4. Do nothing – continue to apply current controls based on internationally agreed rules.
Needless to say the mindless antis are going for option 3 and are gaining momentum.

Dont worry you dont have to be a UK resident for this so spread the word around the world and lets unite under one banner so we can tell our children and grandchildren that we didnt sit to do nothing. We sent a small email but it helped to make a difference in the battle against stupid and mindless liberalism!!

I thank you all and look forward to meeting many of you at the DSC.

Norfolk Shooter out!

Done. Good luck in your fight.

Everyone, take 1 minute to do this, we are all in this together from all over the world. Feel free to copy and paste from below, use as is or modify to you're liking.

"This is a decision that should be simply based upon facts, not emotions. It is a hard fact that hunter dollars far outweigh non-hunter financial support of conservation. Without hunting, poaching takes over and the animals are decimated. Many studies and articles, including those done by non-hunters that dont personally approve of the act of hunting, confirm this. Such a ban will greatly impact those dollars used for conservation. One dies to save well over 1000, instead of they all die illegally because they no longer have value. You dont particularly have to like it, but those are in fact the only realistic options. Leave the import and export as is and allow UK residents to contribute their funds towards conservation via hunting freely."

There's also a 12 page form for the consultation. Didn't do it yet.

@sierraone @BRICKBURN Thanks guys and once again keep the word spreading. I figured if the UK government get enough emails it will make them realise the hunting community is bigger than the anti community. And Brickburn thanks to your family too.

Had an excellent classifieds transaction with JoninCO. A truly honest and standup member. I wouldn't hesitate at all to deal with him again. Thanks, J!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
