Anything interesting to do with a kudu, wildebeest or gemsbok skin?

I now have two of each and wanted to do something interesting, perhaps have a leather shop turn them into ladies bags, belts, boots, something. The hair is on all the hides. I've also seen them used to top off ottomans and bar stools, but I'm not sure about the hair. I don't want it to break off if I can help it. I couldn't find any other posts on this, but I'm sure this is not the first time someone has asked. Any suggestions?

something you could try.

pillows are good.
desk top cover then place glass on top.

Re cover a chair - find a leather craftsman.

Table runner - for coffee table or hall table.

if you have access to a leather craftsman you could make a bed spread

I've had a soft bowcase made of a beautiful kudu section (very distinct stripes) and a back quiver made out of gemsbok. I have a cape buffalo scrotum on my bar with peanuts in it and another light weight quiver made of cape buff hide. Find a good leather craftsman (I have a saddle guy that is awesome) and just let him go at it!

My dad is hunting buff # 2 in a month. I think we need to have a talk with our taxidermist to make this happen.
From buff # 1 he has a shoulder mount, rifle case, wallet, belt, ladies pocketbook, and hoof book-ends.

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
