If the rest of the photography is anything close to the foldout, should be a gem.
It’s so crazy to me how spectacular some of the photography of that era still is by today’s standards, and the incredible effort it required in contrast to today. Where a photographer today can shoot literally thousands upon thousands of shots per day with ease, then parcel ones together to offset and fix exposure issues within a given composition plus all the other artistic computer and now AI enhancements…where back then, cameras were huge, heavy, slow, film sensitive and similarly bulky, and you didn’t know what you had until development of the negative. Yet, there you have a brilliant shot, 100 years ago, still amazing today.
