The room is 20 ft x 30 ft. The end wall, with the moose, is 20 ft wide. The side walls are 16 ft tall and the end walls are about 19-20 ft tall. The wainscoting wood panels are about 8 ft tall, so sheetrock, backed by 3/4" plywood goes from 8 ft to the top.
The opposite end of the room has the fireplace and an "African Wall." I hope to one day move the big eland up and have a nice cape buffalo take it's place.
In the photo above, it's a little hard to tell the relative scale of things. The photo below gives a better reference on the scale. It's a big room and needed a big fireplace.
