I order this rifle from A-square in 1985 and has been in storage since then, but moved states a few times.
Wanted a Rigby and at the time, seemed the only available option. Anyhow, test fired by me once with A^2 ammo and recently, with Federal to check it out. Price is $3375 shipped FFL to FFL. Thanks for looking.
Steve

Another gentleman here asked for this info and I included here as not sure what folks want to know:
-holds 3 Hornady 400gn DGS down (no more).
-barrel length 24"
-LOP 13 3/4"
-empty weight 11.2lbs (bathroom scale). Meaty barrel.
-muzzle diameter 0.800" (could be re-bored to 450 Rigby, 495,500 AA, 460 Weatherby, etc)

These are the only stamps. The top of the receiver is marked RE and the serial# indicates the receiver was made in 1918.

Can you pm me-I am not good on computer and do not know if you got it, Thanks a lot

Looks like there was a pivot scope mount in the "scout" position. Do you still have the rings?

You can use leupold STD rings. The rear is their dovetail and the front is the normal STD windage rear ring.

Pm you, please give me a call tomorrow. Thank you
Dave

Hi Joshlee0518 (please let me know if you are fine being addressed like that),

Thought I would drop you a PM. It is super exciting to plan a hunt and we are more than happy to assist you. Have you given any thought yet to which species you would like to take?

What do you hunt usually and which weapons/calibers are you using?

Look forward to swapping experiences and ideas.

Happy hunting - Daniel

Is this rifle sold? If not what is the weight of it and do you know if there is enough difference in diameter between the 35W and the 9.3 to allow for a rebore to a 9.3x62 which is what I am after?
Thanks,
Gary (Just down the road in Springfield)

Forgive me if this is the incorrect area, I signed up to this forum just now because I wanted to be on the list to purchase a copy of your autobiography. Please feel free to pass my information along to whomever is selling. Thank you so much. I look forward to it!
