Does anyone know where I can buy 450/400 3" brass. Whats the deal with hornady not making any dangerous hame brass?

I’ve found them to be unobtanium. I’ve gone the Hornady factory route and fired those for practice to get brass to reload. Not ideal but the only option I’ve found atm.
