Spear `Safaris would like to offer this amazing hunt to a member.
The Hunt can be adapted but we have a big deposit that can be used as discount.
I suggest the following. 10 days, 3 areas. Karamoja, Aswa Lolim, and Mayanya.
Species that can be taken, are 2 x Nile Buffalo, Jacksons hartebeest, Bohor reedbuck, Oribi, Uganda Kob, EA and Nile Bushbucks, Waterbuck.
Costs still to be paid. $17 750.00 + trophy fees for animals taken.
Hunt will be on UWS areas, Ernest Dyason will be PH. Dates are In November or December of 2026. Please reach out to me for more details,

Nice bull. What is the trophy fee for the buffalo?
BTW guys with AK's are guards I believe and there to protect against whom? poachers or militia or animals?

AK 47 with Game scouts is kind of standard in Africa, if you've ever been to Zimbabwe or Tanzania, or Zambia you'll have the same. They are government representatives.

WE can roll this hunt over to the 2027 season as well.
 
I have hunted the same areas in April 2025 and Feb2026. Unless you want a Cob if Lake Mburu is an option, I would recommend that. Honestly the Karamoja area is being hit hard by poachers and the Ugandan Special Forces that traveled with us every day had several encounters as did hunters before me and after me this year. The South Sudanese Bushmen are infiltrating that area extensively in the last few months. Do your research.
Ernest runs a great operation and is a trusted pH, but the control of Karamoja concession is controlled by another individual and I won't hunt there any more until things change. The operator of the South Karamoja Concession does a great job and likely Ernest will have access to that area, which offers some good game and has not had the issues to the north has had.
 
Below is a Photo of Myself and Client with a Buffalo taken on 13 January 2026, in Karamoja North. Kim Gibson was the hunter, I am sure he will be more than willing to act as reference for the Karamoja area, from this past January if anyone wants to get some more information.

Another colleague of mine also finished a safari 4 days ago in North Karamoja. If anyone wants to chat to him, I'll happily ask him if he is available for a Refference. !
