I also have a Texas javelina I could have added to the photo. No brown bear, hippo, crocodile, or male lion yet but I bet they are all huge.

Good luck this season and happy hunting to all, TheGrayRider a/k/a Tom.

Nice.

I'm also a fan of Euro-skulls.

Especially for animals where I already a larger shoulder mount.

Black bear, baboon, and white-tailed deer.

(I've got other several deer, including a mule deer)

The baboon is a "raw" skull.

I too am a fan of euros. Done well they are actually rather classy in my opinion. I have a fair number in my house. I do have a fair number of shoulder mounts and furs as well and I have probably another half dozen euros in my office.

Here’s some from home though.

My daughter’s first big game animal, an Arizona javelina, and an Alaska black bear i shot in Prince William sound.

A 6x6 bull elk taken on an OTC Colorado elk tag when I lived there.

An American bison from Texas.

My desert display comprised of a javelina, a coyote, and a coues deer mounted on cholla cactus.

And my daughters springbok and sons warthog from RSA.

I love euro mounts. I have way more of them than actual shoulder mounts. Great thread.

I have 30 African skulls on the wall and three more on the way. I regret not telling them to put the baboon I shot last month in the salt. He was a big old male. But they're a hassle to get through inspection. Also three nice muley buck skull mounts and two huge elk cap mounts. My house is small and I was out of wall space a long time ago.

Here is my first wild boar (first Wild Turkey to his left.) Also, my first ever whitetail. He was taken with a second hand, $100 crossbow. I have two kudu and an impala coming in April. I'll keep you posted. Love the thread!

I’m starting to get a few euros, baboon, bushpig, common reedbuck, and a javalina along with a feral hog and several whitetail. At onetime I had a nice black bear skull I killed in California but it was demolished in one of my moves.

Fallow from New Zealand, with roe from Romania and muntjac from England peeking into the picture.
And heads from my first trip to South Africa.
These are all out in my shop until a get a proper room built.

In the past when you have posted these photos, I thought it was your trophy room. Only now, when you said you only have euros did I notice the taxidermy sign reflection in the background.

Hi Dr. Ray, I will be in Cooktown from Oct 16 to Oct 23 fishing Lizard Island Black Marlin Tournament.

I have several "slack" days after fishing before I head for stay in Sydney and Fiji.

Do you have any recommendations for 1 or 2 day hunt near Cooktown?

I've hunted both DG and PG in 4 different countries in Africa.
Thank you,
Bob

Good morning. I see that you had a Sauer 202 for sale for $3,000. Did you sell it at that price?
I have one for sale as well. I listed it (on here ) at $3,000 as well. Is the price high, low or right where it should be?

Thanks. Alex. [redacted] in case you want to call me to discuss further. I appreciate your time help and support.

Dave, I could use both of them if still available. I just picked up a new .22 mag and a .22 pump that they would be perfect on.
