I have worked with Darren on my two trips to South Africa and would recommend them to anyone traveling over there. They have the expertise and will reduce the possibility of travel issues.

Jennifer is just great. Thought I was fixing to have a hiccup in my plans for this week. She gave me options within in hour for just incase. Luckily all has worked out and no changes as of yet!
 
Jennifer has been my go to for travel to Africa. We leave in 10 days again and she has handled everything for our trip quickly and efficiently. She saved me on two prior trips thru Namibia and I would highly recommend Travel Express!!
 
Travel Express is the definition of customer service in action. I was in the middle of a potential CF with a domestic flight being canceled, which in turn caused my flight to Germany leaving without me. Suffice to say, at 10PM (EST) Jennifer went to work. Overall, I lost a day of hunting in Namibia in the process of getting there but my sanity and comfort were relaxed through the entire process dealing with Travel Express. I look forward to making my phone calls to Travel Express for booking my next trip for 2028!
 
It’s the attention to details that make them great. I had a planning call the other day with Jennifer regarding my next trip. She asked if I would be taking my rifle, then asked about a suppressor. Hadn’t thought about the suppressor. Thinking about finally buying one.

If I mentioned rifle or suppressor to an average travel specialist, I’m quite sure they would dispatch some federal representatives to my locale after the conversation ended.
 
Jennifer saved me on my trip to South Africa last summer. Our connection ended up getting very delayed, and we were going to miss our ATL > JNB flight. She was able to get my dad and me rerouted through Amsterdam. Miraculously, we landed in JNB only about a half hour later than originally planned, so we lost zero hunting days. Jennifer has my business forever.
