In cold weather, they make really good space heaters for a small room too! :D

It's a pair of deHavilland KE-50A monoblocks with some KT-88 tubes. They're a modern & improved interpretation of a classic 1952 Fisher 50A. If you're a jazz fan like me, they're fun to listen to all day. My solid state amp option that I can toggle to is the First Watt SIT-3 in the lower right.

I have fond memories of the six volt tube radio in my first car, a 1953 Bel Air. Turn it on and listen to that "hmmmmm" as it warmed up. And then the sound was so rich and "comfortable." Sigh!

They do build character over time and a new reproof job helps even more.

It kind of like a lot of Filson gear or a pair of Russell's. It might cost a bit more in the beginning but you will have it for life.
Last time I sent mine for reproof they trimmed the sleeves and pockets with dark brown leather; it makes the high-wear areas more durable and looks great; recommended to all.

Cans of compressed oxygen for recreation at high altitudes. Initially I thought they were a gimmick.

When my head is pounding and I want to barf, it is really difficult to have a good time. A bit of oxygen and ready to go some more.

John, O2 works wonders unless you run out. This pic is at 23,500 ish if I remember correctly.

Where did you get that reloading bench? I need one of those in my life....maybe two.

Where did you get that reloading bench? I need one of those in my life....maybe two.
I actually got it at Menards. It was $150 and then I added a $50 plank of wood to the top which is 6 inches wider than the pressed cardboard top that came with it

An excellent AH member right here! I had a fantastic transaction with Hornedfrogbbq (I was the seller). His communication was first rate, payment was extremely fast, and I would have absolutely no reservations at all dealing with him again. Thank you, F!
Here we are, the last day of the show in Denver, it's been a good show but expecting a quiet day today. I will be back for-sure to do this show next year and maybe also do the one in Sacramento California.

On Monday I will be hitting the road driving from Denver and eventually make it down to Atlanta for the flight home.

its going to be a good year!

Hi Rem280, Saw your post on getting selected for Idaho Elk. Do you have a zone(s) selected? I live in N Idaho, might be able to offer some ideas.

Cheers,

Craig
