Would you like a Cigar?

Actually, the tornado was down by Corona de Tucson, heading southwest at 20mph.
Oh crap, gonna check in on my parents (parents are more NE by Vail), and some friends down that way between Corona and Sahuarita.

I used own property in Sahuarita. Lived there for 10 years. Used to get some wicked storms and microbursts on occasion

Hopefully, the heavy rain and hail squashed all the mosquitoes. One of the worst years for them in quite awhile

I think Tucson broke its own monsoon record going back to 1955 for the most rain in a monsoon season.

In true fashion, I choose a nice mid-range Padilla Dominus. Flavor just a little flat but a good smoke. I probably like a couple other similar ones better but I would not turn this down if given to me. Sweet spice and maybe a touch of cedar, not much else to it. Good burn and lots of smoke thru out

You have it too?

it an assumption on my part since I have not been away from my wife. She has no COVID symptoms at all, all she has is the upper respiratory infection (sinus). The clinic would not test me unless I developed symptoms. Soooo, I ASSume that I may be asymptomatic :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: But to play it safe, I’m smoking the sh*t out of me, just in case.
Again, I was digging through my humidor, and found this beauty.

Thought y’all would get a kick out of this. So my new humidor arrived, and they tried to deliver to my next door neighbor. Been waiting since April for the boat from China. Fortunately, he is a good friend, so he noted damage on bill of lading. They were just gonna leave in his car port. Now I know why. Humidor company sending a new one, but now I have to wait until October. This one apparently saw the wrong end of a fork lift. Oh well. I deal with freight companies every day and they all pretty much suck, whether late or damaged. Sad situation for consumer.

That sucks you want me to check and see if that big antique one down here is still available?

I am no Mort Hill for certain. :ROFLMAO:

I am only going for 5 days, so 15 is my target. By trip #3 I might make it to 10 a day, lol.

Thank goodness they broke my mold. We’d all be fighting climate change, Covid, and world cigar tobacco shortages if they hadn’t!

I think you'll be surprised how easy it is to work through your stock... I normally smoke max 3 cigars per week, however on my hunt I had at least 2 per day! As you say, no Mort Hill, however I at least need some points for trying...haha!

Nice selection.

The airline had to use a forklift to get brother Mort's Cigars out of the cargo hold.....lol.

He probably had his cigars shipped to Africa to save on luggage fees. :ROFLMAO:

BTW @BourbonTrail, I'd leave those Perdomos at home and replace them with more Olivas or some Camachos.:ROFLMAO: Don't forget a cutter, and a three cigar holder to throw in your bag just in case you get the urge to smoke when you are out in the bush. :A Thumbs Up:

Smoking a mild cigar compared to the dark full body cigars I normally smoke. Well, got tested today, and wouldn’t you know it, I am negative. How in the world is that possible since my wife is positive and we have not been apart all this time.

Oh and Romeo’s are mild cigars too. (y)

My other cigar shop carries Camachos, and they are on my list along with the Kentucky Fire Cured. I am waiting to see what else jumps out at me. Their selection is small but rotates frequently. The bigger cigar shop keeps only what the owner likes. :E Shrug:

I'm unfortunately on a diet. Presently in VA hospital as Agent Orange finally caught up with me. Cancer and I no longer can speak. If all goes well I'll be out of here and back home in Thailand by end of July. Tough road but I'm a tough old guy. I'll make it that hunt.

Business is the only way to fly. I'm headed to SA August 25. I'm hoping that business isn't an arm and a leg. If you don't mind, what airline and the cost for your trip. Mine will be convoluted. I'll be flying into the states to pick up my 416 Rigby as Thailand doesn't allow firearms (pay no attention to the daily shootings and killings) so I'll have 2 very long trips.
