I’m mid way into my annual trip with @GAME 4 AFRICA SAFARIS and this has been by FAR the most productive hunt I’ve done with Game 4 Africa. I’ve always had a wonderful time and the accommodations and quality of the animals has always been great, but I think with the lack of hunting over the last year the quality of the trophies has been exceptionally great this year to say the least. They have also made some improvements to the lodge (outside fire pit, pass thru bar) that really make for fun times after the hunt.

The flights are nearly empty, my daughter and I were able to have an entire row each to ourselves...basically a first class ticket for main cabin. The airports are easy to get in and out of and the paperwork isn’t bad. If you are thinking about a trip to South Africa now is the time to do it. Flights are cheap, animals are abundant and there are really good deals to be had.

Those are some amazing trophies @NathanFlorian26 ! Especially that gemsbok and those eland!
I hope I'll finally get to leave in June, and it will be as good an experience as it was for you and your daughter!

And please write a hunting report, would love to hear more about the trip!

Great eland....well done! Congrats....FWB

Congratulations.

@NathanFlorian26, seems like you used their rifle, do you mind telling us a bit more? I want to take my own, but I've heard traveling to the East Cape with a rifle it's a hassle. What airline did you fly with? Thanks!

@NathanFlorian26 congratulations to you and your daughter on taking some fine trophies and having another great experience with @GAME 4 AFRICA SAFARIS.

My daughter and a friend of hers are heading to RSA in late May and one of their stops will be Kudu Ridge, to visit with Wik, Collin, Claire, Brittany and the rest of the @GAME 4 AFRICA SAFARIS crew.

Yes, I always use their rifles. They are top quality Saiko rifles with Swavorski optics. I used a .375 for the Eiland and the other animals were taken with a 7mm. It’s not with the hassle at the airport IMHO and the extra luggage to drag around when you have good rifles to use.
I flew out of Tampa to JFK in New York with Delta. I then flew KLM to Amsterdam with a short layover and then on to JNB on another KLM flight. My past trips have been with Delta, a direct from ATL to JNB and those flights will continue in the next few months. If you do wish to bring rifles, make sure you book your connecting flights in South Africa with British Airways. They are the most fire arm friendly. I know that Mango and a few of the others will not allow you to transport firearms.

@NathanFlorian26 British Air is allowing firearms?? That is good news. In the past BA, or Commair didn't transport weapons.

Airlines schmairlines-what else have you taken? I know you are hunting kudu while you are there! More pix please!
