Pulled a tenderloin out of the freezer off the Sambar stag I shot on the Powderhorn WMA last February for the grill over the weekend

Made for a mighty fine meal.. looking forward to this coming season to restock the dwindling supply of venison

That looks so good. Thanks to Dictator Dan we've been in lockdown for so long now that I haven't been able to get out and harvest my own.

Y’know I did hear a rumour that implied the term Covid came from Citizens of Victoria ignoring Directions,
I hope all is well and you have had any real impacts.

Looks like the OP is pretty handy on the grill.
 
I can assure you it was quite good and a treat. Certainly not something that we will have in the freezer very often
