I think NOT. Biden will stepdown or otherwise give up his position well before the end of his first year in office- I'd guess Vegas would put the Over/Under amount of time Biden would be president at about 90 days.

It is certainly possible that Biden will not serve a full four years, but even that is unlikely. More likely is that he will serve his four, but lean heavily on his cabinet and advisors, while allowing his VP to take a backstage executive role in preparation for 2024. There is no reason why he would step down if he can leave most of the governing up to others.

Biden is clearly in decline.... So much so that he is has been kept in his basement by his handlers for the better part of the year. If they are smart, they will keep him there. What I find truly laughable is that you can admit to Biden being a hot mess yet, you feel compelled to challenge Trump's mental acuity based on what exactly other than your TDS?

Trump is EXACTLY the same as he was when he took office. He is possibly sharper and certainly more politically savvy if anything. He has become a master-troll of social media and he is so adept at embedding himself in the mainstream media's head that he should be paying rent. He owns them and the despise him for it.

Trump is the ONLY thing keeping America from becoming a 3rd-world socialist shithole right now. The Republicans certainly are not capable of doing it. Turning up your nose at Trump because of his personal qualities is like refusing to board a lifeboat on the Titanic because you don't like the color of the seat covers. What I honestly don't understand is how anyone who actually loves this country, reveres the Constitution, and respects the rule of law could NOT vote for Trump at this point.!

Did you watch Trump's Axios interview? If after that you still believe him to be mentally sharp and politically savvy I will be surprised. I have never seen a president appear so woefully unprepared and utterly feckless in an interview.

I will not vote for socialism and I will not vote for "progressive" candidates. I put that in quotations because I dislike the usurpation of the term by socialists masquerading as Democrats. I saw an online post from Twitter or Facebook or somewhere from a Bernie supporter saying something to the effect of "we are not Democrats, we are socialists who are going to take over the Democratic party and we have no interest in voting for Democrats who do not support our views."

I reject your assertion that I cannot love my country and support the Constitution if I do not vote for Trump. Make no mistake, I find myself supporting Trump's policy positions more often than not, and Biden has been making himself awfully hard to support by recently adopting some "progressive" positions into his platform to appease Bernie voters. However, Trump has demonstrated that he is unwilling to lead, much less govern. I am no political purist, and I will vote for candidates despite myriad personal and policy flaws, but I do need to vote my conscience on this one and I cannot rightly say to myself that Trump is fit to be president. This country deserves better than Trump. I have pretty much given up on the Democratic party at this point, and I would gladly vote for another Republican candidate over Biden, but that is not the choice being offered.

I hope to see Trump soundly defeated and a field of talented, patriotic Republican candidates ready to take on and defeat Biden's VP. I think that Ben Sasse, Marco Rubio, Tim Scott, Nikki Haley, and Rand Paul are all planning to run.

The problem is the damage that can be done by the Dems between 2021 and 2025. They already have a strong majority in the House and the Republicans will be lucky to hold the Senate.
Liberal Supreme Court justices... two or pack it. 2nd Amendment. Higher taxes. Do away with the Electorial College. To name a few.
He may be a jerk, but I like what Trump has done (excluding COVID).

The last thing the Democratic party wants is to threaten a 2024 run. The whole electoral college thing is just noise from the the Bernie supporters on Twitter. No Democratic politician has given it any serious thought. The worst things I see actually happening under a Biden presidency are softening our position with China and possibly rolling back some tax cuts. Even if Biden were to get to appoint 1-2 Justices, the Court will still have a Conservative majority so 2A is safe.

Probably said this before but the Dems have given up on Biden winning. The ads, the postulating, the crying about the way things are now is just noise. The Dem deep pocket money is going in to Senate races. The Dems want the senate to obstruct every thing Trump proposes. They're looking at the 2024 POTUS election. They assholes are still sore from 2016 and they could care less what happens in the meantime.

Biden is crushing Trump in just about every national poll, as well as almost every swing state. The Democrats have not given up on Biden winning, they see it as a sure thing. Trump appears to have given up.

Four years of a Dem controlled White House and Congress is what this man fears.

What Trump has done about Covid??

I guess you don't like that he left the control in the hands of the governors.
Which is what he was required to do according to the U.S. Constitution. Any china virus fkups in the U.S. can be laid at the feet of local politicians who conveniently blame someone else. It's the Democratic Party way.

Hillary Clinton was too. Three bucks and a poll will get you a cup of joe at Dunkin Donuts.

Edit: The polls are always good for a chuckle too.

I actually like that aspect of it but his but that message trickled out. Biggest issue.
Additionally, when masks were deemed prudent, he should have set the example: All he had to do was walk out to the podium wearing one and then take it off to talk.
I also disagreed with how he handled the daily COVID briefing. He should have limited the scope to COVID. Answered four or five questions and then turned it over to the COVID team and left. Instead he turned them into three hour news conferences on every topic under the sun. The man loves to hear himself talk.
But hey, that’s just my opinion. I’m voting for him.

What do you do to try and take down Trump in the election year?

Unleash the Coronavirus

Unleash BLM

Unleash ANTIFA

Try and blame it all on Trump.

This should be on every tv channel everyday .this is the most awesome speech ever.

While I would never put it past Democrats to get complacent and not vote because the polls look like a sure thing, even the Trump campaign realizes that they are in trouble. Trump looks like he is going to lose Wisconsin, Michigan, and Florida. He might even lose Texas. That is not a position I would want to be in if I were him.

Let's hope the people in those states have half a brain

The only hope the DemonRats have of winning the election is to CHEAT. That is what the Republicans and all real Americans are concerned about. Just as happened a few years ago in Washington state. The ballots were counted for governor and Rossi (the Republican) won. But the DemonRat requested a recount. Ah ha, some ballots were found, to they were included, but the recount showed Rossi still to have won. So a recount paid for by some labor unions was done, a thrid counting of the ballots; what do you know? Some more ballots were found and this time the DemonRat squeaked by with a win. Later it was determined that a significant portion of the ballots were fraudulent but since it couldn't be proven that they were voting for the DemonRat, the election was given to the DemonRat.

That is what the Republicans and the citizens of America are concerned with the election. The DemonRats have shown that they will stoop to anything regardless as to how unethical or illegal it might be.

So do you have any evidence to substantiate the claim that Democrats are orchestrating widespread vote rigging? It seems that the Republicans are trying to do whatever possible to prevent people from voting at all.

Had this been your first post on the subject, I would say your assessment of the interview is delusional, just as I would expect from any other anti-Trumper. That interview, like the hundred-plus he has done before that one, is classic Trump. He speaks what he thinks, which is something they are desperately trying to keep Biden from doing.

I stick by my original opinion which I offered many posts ago in this thread which was that I think you're full of crap. I refuse to accept that you are as ignorant or naive as your remarks would have us believe. I think you are trolling with your asinine assertions to get a reaction from the pro-Trump crowd here which if fine. It's entertaining enough, and I enjoy calling out bulls!t almost as much as you appear to enjoy shoveling it. I look forward to your next nonsensical comment.
