A university has banned beef to help fight climate change

I respect everyone , but vegans and vegetarians are the most disgusting , foolish , dishonest people in this world.
They took over India with their mentally ill agenda in 1972 and the situation has only gotten worse. Everywhere they go , they spread their false information and try to indoctrinate our youth . One of the best restaurants in India , Koshy's , used to sell the most delicious beef steaks and l used to treat my parents and my girl friend there once every month until 1970. Then , after 1972 , they completely banned eating beef , and meat eating itself became viewed as an immoral act which many political parties have been trying to criminalize for years ( with varying degrees of success ) .
These people are a disease to the world and they need to be put in their place. The situation in India had become so bad , that l could not eat a beef steak until l moved to Bangladesh in 1979 ( from when l resumed hunting again ).
I am not surprised that the university being discussed here is in the United Kingdom. People there have lost any touch of reality . If my clients from my time as a professional Shikari were still alive today ( and l suspect that some may be ) , they must be extremely ashamed of what England has become. Beef does not cause any environmental harm. There are billions of animals in the wild , since the dawn of time. The philosophy of these people is sickening and they need to be stopped. I do not believe that such a problem will ever present itself in the United States of America , because the people there are very resilient and vehemently oppose any such movements ( hopefully , this will continue )

This brings up an interesting perspective.
So, cattle, thus all mammals, produce methane. Consequently most vegans are also global warming participants I believe.
Now the mix of this to me means we need to get out there and kill more game to prevent them from producing more methane and global warming! Those evil animals!:ROFLMAO::LOL::D:ROFLMAO::LOL::D Sorry, I can’t help myself!:(

There are plenty of idiots here who would push that through if they could.

Elephants eat about 250-300 lbs/day. With an estimated African population of at least 600,000, I wonder how much methane they produce on a yearly basis. According to these guys: https://elephantconservation.org/elephants/just-for-kids/, a single adult elephant produces enough methane in a single day to run a car about 20 miles. By my math, that's about 12 million vehicle miles' worth of methane produced daily. That's 240,000 vehicles making 50 mile round trips every single day.

This is most informative . I do not know which is worse : The evil people who spread this non sense , or the coarse fools who believe it.

Salmon Idaho is a ranching community yet the local burger king is featuring a whopper with no meat!

in some kindergartens and day schools pork meat has been forbidden in our country.
Why do you think that is?

No...
bacon
pork chops
smoked pork ribs
sausage
beer
whiskey
wine
scantily clad women

yeah, no wonder they're all so ready to commit suicide. wtf is there worth living for???

Even as someone who wants to reduce out carbon footprint and all that typical environmental schmutz, this is straight up a load of hot steaming ass with a side of bullshit and with a tall glass of bull honkey for only $3.99 ($4.99 CAD). You are going to get literally nothing done by targeting average people and telling them they're like Mussolini for not doing everything perfect.

Don't hold back, bro. Tell us what you really think. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Pressure from the muslim community.

They tried that at my granddaughter´s school, and were told they didn´t have to eat pork themselves, but this is our country, and we love pork :D

What would scare me is the sales figures for that item in that store.

While young people around the world rail and blame the USA for carbon emissions and climate change, there is something everyone should be aware of.....but none of them seem to be: staggering and unsustainable population growth is the real root cause of CO2 emissions. India and Lagos.........the country and city soon to be the largest in the world respectively, drive food production, clothing, cars, electricity, and everything else produced in the so called, industrialized world. The university in question should not just ban beef..........they need to ban sex.............come on kids...step up to the plate.....take some skin out of the game..............really, really take out the meat...............FWB

BTW............the above video.............is great............another Chink in the wall of sanity...........FWB

It is very unfortunate as to what the world was come to. These Muslim communities are so intolerant these days. I am Muslim myself , but l frequently cook pork dishes for my non Muslim friends . In Bangladesh ( where l live ) , as it is a secular country , pork ( both fresh and imported products like spam , prosciutto , pork belly and the like ) are fairly easily available in each of the areas in super markets and hotels ( especially in areas where our Christian , Hindu or Buddhist communities are prevalent ).
As a child growing up in India during the 1950s decade , l always remember my mother and father cooking plenty of pork dishes whenever our non Muslim friends would come to our house . They had a separate stove with separate pots , pans , utensils and plates to cook for our guests who would eat pork. Tinned pork items such as liverwurst , bologna sausage and tinned hams were always kept in my father's grocery shop , which l would watch part time .
We would regularly hunt boars and give the meat to our non Muslim friends and workers . Infact , l still hunt boars near the tea gardens now and twice a year gift the meat to my friends.

Today , it is really sad to see that people can be so intolerant. Just because one person's religion prevents them from doing something , give them no right to stop other people from enjoying it .
The world must end this political correctness before it's too late. Instead of people worrying about offending others , people should not get so offended by others in the first place , l believe.

Thank you so much. Baked Virginia honey glazed ham is fun to make for my friends , during Christmas . As are pork chops seared on a pan with thyme , butter and olive oil. Hunting boars in the Sylhet tea gardens are good fun. However , they can be quite dangerous with their large tusks. Bangladesh bush boar can be quite tenacious of life. This year , my friend Captain Newaz and l were hunting them and Newaz shot one of them at four feet distance with an Eley Alphamax LG cartridge ( eight pellets ) in the shoulders. It dropped and got up again and tried to charge us. Finally , two more shots from Newaz's John Dickson 12 bore shot-gun killed it.

Well, what some of you guys are talking about is one religion imposing itself on others. When I was in India, my uncle was talking to me about how unlike in America, there is a massive religious divide in government between Hindus and Muslins and Hindus basically force their beliefs onto everyone else. That's why despite problems, I'm thankful to live in a country that declares religious neutrality in its Constitution.

Also @sgt_zim, I actually abhor this type of environmentalist because they don't realize that you're not gonna get anywhere by just yelling at people, preaching doomsday, etc. You gotta make it so people wanna participate in change rather than forcing it on them. That's why vegans are the butt of so many jokes, even among other vegans/vegetarians.
