Took a break from Some of our Bears as we do the bases and habitat for them and cranked out some African 70+ pieces in just over 5 weeks. We did some bears along with these. These African pieces are drying and being airbrush finished by Jamie for Delivery. EACH and every piece mounted by Myself and My helper/finisher Jamie.

Awesome stuff, there will be some happy customers on delivery day!

Dang I was hoping to see a big male lion and few pg pieces I'd recognize in there.

You are a working machine Dennis.

Interesting mount. I guess at some point a regular whitetail mount is routine. I am sure some trophy rooms need some more rustic art. I like it! Very unique. I just need a big enough deer to make it worthwhile. Lol

Love the waterbucks! Can't wait till you start on mine. How about a closeup of the warthog mounts. Most of the ones you see look like a plastic painted fiberglass mount. Yours look like the real deal.

Love the lioness !

I see 20 of those that I know will coming to my trophy room soon !:D:D
Don't forget to fix the bushbucks broken horn Dennis

Those mounts on an old frame back look wonderful in a cabin, along with some snowshoes and other vintage collectibles. A buddy of mine did a black bear like that. Makes for an excellent alternative to another rug :)
Very nice work Dennis (y)

I think it must make more sense to guys from the UP or Northwoods who must quarter out their deer and pack them out. In the Midwest we aren't usually more than a mile from a road.

Still doesn't seem realistic as even on a good buck unless you are doing a full body mount you would only take the Cape not the full hide.

It would be a conversation oiece, that's for sure.

I can spot a couple of mine in the mix! So excited to get them on the wall!

Good looking stuff as always!

@IdaRam, What does the bear look like in this setup? Can you post a picture?

I'm unfortunately on a diet. Presently in VA hospital as Agent Orange finally caught up with me. Cancer and I no longer can speak. If all goes well I'll be out of here and back home in Thailand by end of July. Tough road but I'm a tough old guy. I'll make it that hunt.

Nice one there. I guided for mulies and elk for about 10 or so years in northern New Mexico.

Business is the only way to fly. I'm headed to SA August 25. I'm hoping that business isn't an arm and a leg. If you don't mind, what airline and the cost for your trip. Mine will be convoluted. I'll be flying into the states to pick up my 416 Rigby as Thailand doesn't allow firearms (pay no attention to the daily shootings and killings) so I'll have 2 very long trips.
