SOUTH AFRICA: Has Anyone Hunted With Limcroma Safaris?

LOL.. well, I plan to go back in time and do the things I should have done even sooner ! August "2017"...

I am right now here with Limcroma Safaris at thier Sable Valley lodge with my family. I could not be happier. My PH is Jan and I have had the pleasure of meeting 3 other PH (s). Thier client service, knowledge, facilities, meals, and of course the game beyond impresses me. This is day 4 of rifle hunting and I have taken 3 of the 4 desired trophies. The trophies are beyond my expectations of age and character.View attachment 176999View attachment 177000

Congrats! Looking forward to the full hunt report!
Wishing you continued success!

Good to see your getting some internet service at the sable lodge. I love to see of photos of the lodge, and anything else for that matter upon your return!

I wanted to provide an update on how my trip at Limcroma Safaris is going... Jan my PH along with Jennings and France the trackers are nothing short of AMAZING. They are getting me on the animals, setting me up for great shot opportunities, and do an amazing job of tracking.

I am very pleased to hear that Jan was assigned as your PH. He is one of the best! Jennings skills are truly remarkable. He can track anything! Great animals all around, and beautiful double of blesbok!

I've hunted with them , by now you've seen my report "Beyond my wildest Dreams" (https://www.africahunting.com/threa...croma-safaris-beyond-my-wildest-dreams.23996/). I highly recommend the place. This was my 1st experience with Africa and couldn't have picked a better place. I'm picking up my Kudu tomorrow....I had to rent a covered trailer to fit the shoulder mount. It wouldn't fit in my SUV!! It was huge. 37" spread! I was in camp with a very well experienced Texan and his 2 sons. They told me this was the best place they ever hunted in Africa and they had 8-10 Safaris under their belt.

Zippy21 say Hi to Henno, Hans, Vespina and everyone else for me. Can't wait to go back!!

Harry- Will do, Henno is PH for the other couple from TX here at camp with us.

Great trophies! Any updates? I want to hear the entire report...

Absolutely a great place. Headed back May 1st

Maaaaaan. I have to wait until July of 2018. Sooooo, in the mean time - if those fortunate enough to go there between now and the forever far away July 2018 would be so kind as to post reports, pics, videos, etc. it would be most appreciated. ;)

Does anybody have any pictures of the new Sable lodge? I'm going in August and would like to see what the accomodations look like in advance. And rub it in to my friends who aren't fortunate enough to be going. Lol.

Here's what our room looked like. The new lodge is very nice.

Believe there are pics in the Hunting Outfitters forum (https://www.africahunting.com/community/hunting-outfitters.310/). Check there first at
Experience Africa With Limcroma Safaris: https://www.africahunting.com/threads/experience-africa-with-limcroma-safaris.26157/. Otherwise, I'm sure someone could post pics for you.

Thank for your posts russ-c and rinehart0050!

IAM, the "Experience Africa with Limcroma" link has many recent photos, of both lodges, non-hunting activities, and other various images you can expect to encounter on your adventure with us. We look forward to your visit!

Not half as much as I do. It's going to be a long 4 months waiting.

Believe we will be there at the same time, but I will be at the old camp. Perhaps I can swing by the Sable lodge and meet you one evening..

You're in for an amazing experience with Limcroma!
